Host(前台) Sora Sushi Buffet Natick, MA 01760 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest relations effectively while coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining a smooth flow of service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the menu, specials, and wait times while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including waiting areas and menus. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns promptly. Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a focus on enhancing their dining experience through effective guest relations. Support food service operations by assisting with takeout orders or other tasks as needed. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
