Full-Time or Part-Time About Us Aviator Brewing Diner is a vibrant, new breakfast spot focused on creating a warm, welcoming environment for every guest. We’re looking for friendly, dependable hosts to greet guests with a smile and help keep service running smoothly during the busy morning hours. Hours would be from 6:00am to 2:00 pm everyday of the week. Host Responsibilities Greet every guest warmly as they enter the diner Manage the waitlist and seating chart during peak hours Seat guests efficiently and fairly across server sections Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entry area Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed Support servers and bussers when needed (rolling silverware, light cleanup, etc.) Help maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere during busy mornings Be punctual, professional, and friendly at all times What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, upbeat, and approachable personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Dependable and available for early morning shifts (starting around 5:45-6:00 AM) Prior host or customer service experience preferred but not required
