As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a positive, inviting attitude Manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure smooth guest flow Answer phone calls and assist with to-go and phone orders Provide general information about our menu and restaurant Assist with light cleaning and organization of the host area Enter to-go orders accurately into the system Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Basic comfort with phones and point-of-sale (POS) systems Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (not required, but a plus) Why Work With Us?
