Front Door Security HOST Platinum Service Essington, PA 19029 Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing parties and ensuring that the patron experience begins on a positive note. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods. Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise. Uphold safety protocols, including knowledge of emergency procedures. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Conflict management abilities to handle guest concerns diplomatically. Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV for monitoring premises. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus, enhancing security awareness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
