You will provide our guests with the Nifty Fifty’s experience at home by politely answering phones, accommodating order requests, and quickly getting our guests their food to go. Responsibilities and Duties Greet and say goodbye to all customers as they are at the register and on the phone Accommodate any special needs to guests (food allergies, requests, etc.) Presents menu options, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food Take customer orders by writing them down and entering orders into the POS system Wrap food according to Nifty Fifty’s procedures Follow takeout procedures to make sure guests receive all requested items (condiments, utensils, side orders, etc.) Check off all items as you bag the food to go Maintain a clean and organized area (condiments, napkins, comment cards, etc.) Manage all delivery and online ordering platforms Presents guest checks to each guest and accepts approved form of payment Makes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedure Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining.
