Front Desk Agent (Full Time / Part Time) •

Position Summary:

•As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing unparalleled service. •

Key Responsibilities:

•Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized check-in and check-out services. Handle reservations and manage the booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions. Process payments and manage cash handling accurately. Update guest information in the property management system as needed. Assist with administrative tasks and support the management team as required. Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience. •

Qualifications:

•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with computer systems and booking software; experience with [insert specific software if applicable, e.g., Opera, Maestro, etc.] Marriott knowledge is a plus. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong service orientation.
