Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Contempra Inn. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing outstanding customer service. Your contributions will be vital in creating a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries effectively. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Assist guests with check-out procedures and process payments accurately. Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
