Requirements:
Experience with a Marriott branded hotel highly desired Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required Stable work history required Strong understand of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Need to be a team player – if you like to work on an island by yourself, this won’t be a good fit for you! Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by guests HMC is an equal opportunity employer.
