The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, while providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with food items, beverages, and utensils. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with their needs and inquiries. Operate the Aloha POS system for any transactions or orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in the breakdown of the breakfast setup after service hours. Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies and report shortages to management. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
