The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating positive guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our hotel or resort. This position is a mid-day shift. 11a-7p, 12p-8p Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Operate phone systems to assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and other requests. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Process payments and manage billing procedures in accordance with hotel policies. Assist in managing guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment and addressing any issues that arise during their stay. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations, preferably within the hospitality industry. Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A background in hospitality or related fields is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
