• a DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant kitchen management. Responsibilities
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Train, develop, and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Handle BEO food ordering, preparation and execution Skills
• Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards
• Experience in staff training and development
• Background in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Schedule
• Weekends and Holidays are required Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen management Strong staff training and development skills Exceptional leadership and supervisory experience Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Background in hospitality and culinary arts Familiarity with inventory control Experience in fine dining, casual dining, and banquet operations
