  The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
