We’re seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to join our team!
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a charismatic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts. Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business Monitor and control labor costs, optimizing scheduling and staffing Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures Drive sales growth through server training and management table touching Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless service Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Assist with employee training, development, and performance evaluations Manage reservations, waitlists, and table management Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to increase revenue Participate in menu planning, wine list development, and special events
Requirements:
2+ years of front-of-house management experience in a high-volume restaurant Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make quick decisions Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and labor control Wine and spirits knowledge (certification a plus) Familiarity with New Orleans hospitality industry (desirable)
