Hotel General Manager Wingate by Wyndham – 3.3 Chattanooga, TN Job Details Full-time $30,000 – $38,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Microsoft Excel Mid-level Driver’s License Contracts OPERA 4 years Hotel experience Full Job Description We are searching for an experienced Hotel Manager with at least 4 years of experience. Must have a great work ethic with a few years of experience. Job duties include but not limited to the below.
- Must work well with others, Must have experience in maintaining a happy work environment for employee’s.
- Must have experience with PMS systems (Opera/Synexis/Nova)
- Scheduling
- Ordering
- Billing
- Maximizing revenue at the same time watching expenses.
- Experience with Excel.
- Must have knowledge to be able to do basic accountanting.
- This List is just some of the duties required to be hired for this position. (All other items will be asked in the interview)
- Must have open available schedule to work at anytime.
- Must have experience resolving customer concerns in a calm manner.
- Must have experience in handling inventory.
- Will be in charge of Hiring/Firing.
Must be able to train and turn good employees to great employee’s. Ability to speak Spanish is a major plus. Also, must have a valid drivers license and full ablity to lift 30lbs
