Providing leadership to management and housekeeping team for EVS operations. Must be able to pass drug test, and background check. Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed. Drive client and resident satisfaction scores Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff Ability to collaborate with hospital staff within all departments Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies. Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world class service. Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets
REQUIREMENTS
3 plus years Director/management experience in a long term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading a hourly workforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
