Responsibilities:

Responsible for the efficient and orderly management of the guest room cleaning, servicing, and reporting function through proper utilization of personnel assigned. Examples of Duties , includes but is not limited to the following : 1. Receive all keys, worksheets, and sign-in sheets for assigned area and distribute information to the Room Attendants and floor staff as needed. 2. Inspect all assigned rooms, areas, and room attendant carts to ensure all set ups are in order. 3. Administer direction and supervision to floor staff as needed. 4. Assist with administering disciplinary action, as required. 5. Ensure employees are trained in Company standards, procedures, and daily one-on-one training. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests. Bilingual highly desirable. Previous relevant experience preferred. One year supervisory experience preferred. High school education or equivalent.
