Housekeeping Inspector Position Available In Brunswick, North Carolina

Housekeeping Inspector Sea Coast Rentals 8903 East Oak Island Drive, Oak Island, NC 28465 Busy vacation rental office is looking for a self-motivated and personable part-time property inspector to join our team. This position requires someone who is detail oriented and has housekeeping, interior design and decor skills. Approximately 80% of this position will be performed outside of office inside condos and beach houses and the remaining 20% in office following up with Housekeeping Manager and Guest Services to ensure cleanliness and readiness of the property for the next guest. Clear communication is necessary so that your maintenance and cleaning teams can address any issues you find. Must have a valid driver’s license. Experience using software systems is a plus. Willing to train suitable candidate. Must be willing and able to use your own cell phone to text ready messages to the office. This position is offered as a part time, temporary summer role: approximately 12-20 hours a week. For the right candidate, this position may be expanded to year round. Gas stipend given for POV use. Company vehicle available for advanced trainee. Our office is open Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm. All staff must work Saturdays during beach season.
