Full-Time Boat Washer & Porter Make Wake Marine LLC Fairhope, AL Make Wake Marine is a locally owned boat dealership located in Fairhope AL. We are a new boat dealer for Action Craft, Piranha Boatworks, Aquasport, Godfrey Pontoons, and Zodiac Nautic as well as a Mercury Outboard Repower Center and Yamaha Outboard Dealer. We offer a full array of services and repairs as well as on-site fiberglass and gelcoat repairs. We are open Mon-Fri and

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as a Boat Washer & Porter. In this position, you will be responsible for working 7-8 hours per day, 4-5 days per week maintaining the cleanliness of our inventory of boats on our lot. You will be operating a tractor to move boats as necessary and assist Mechanics from time to time with certain tasks requiring a helper. Ability to work outside, along with agility to safely enter and exit boats via a ladder are required. Ability to work without constant supervision and attention to detail with taking pride in your workmanship is expected. We provide all necessary supplies and uniform shirts. This is an entry-level position and could lead to opportunities as an Entry-Level Mechanic for the right prospective candidate.
Responsibilities:
Ability to enter and exit boats via a ladder or steps safely. Ability to use pressure washing equipment safely Ability to work outdoors Ability to act on constructive feedback and perform without constant supervision.
Experience:
None required – Entry-Level Position Located in Fairhope, must have reliable transportation to get to work on time, every time.
