Little Rock / North Little Rock, AR Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team for once-per-week cleaning assignments across a variety of professional facilities. This role is ideal for someone seeking a flexible schedule, supplemental income, or part-time work. You’ll play a key part in helping us maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our clients and their customers. Weekly Shift Options (Choose One Fixed Day & Time Block) Shift Option | Time Frame | Days Available

• Morning Shift | 7:00 AM
• 10:00 AM | Mon-Sat Midday Shift | 11:00 AM
• 2:00 PM | Mon-Sat Evening Shift | 5:30 PM
• 8:30 PM | Mon-Fri Weekend Shift | Any 3-hour block | Sat or Sun You’ll be assigned one facility and one consistent day/time per week.

Core Responsibilities Perform scheduled cleaning duties in commercial, industrial, or residential properties. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all designated areas thoroughly. Clean and restock restrooms, kitchenettes, and break areas. Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins. Report supply needs, safety hazards, or facility issues promptly. Follow established checklists and safety/cleaning protocols. Qualifications & Skills Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. High attention to detail and strong work ethic. Must be physically capable of lifting 25-30 lbs and performing active tasks.
