The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Flexible hours, early morning schedules available. Responsibilities Vacuum, sweep and/or mop floors. Must be able to operate commercial floor cleaning unit as needed. Clean and stock restrooms, hallways, and other common areas. Participate in maintaining outdoor grounds. Thoroughly clean spills with appropriate equipment. Perform minor repairs and painting projects. Maintain cleaning chart, indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected. Recommend replenishment needs relative to cleaning and maintenance supplies. Organize and stock janitorial storage areas. Notify supervisor of unsafe conditions or repair/maintenance needs. Collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclables. Must be at least 18 years old. Early morning/evening/weekend availability required. Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial or porter roles
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing
• Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
