We Are Seeking Contractor Partners Who Are:

Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality cleaning services Equipped with their own staff, supplies, equipment, and chemicals Able to follow detailed site checklists and maintain client satisfaction Responsive and professional in client-facing environments Willing to use Bourne’s digital login system and verification process Contractor Responsibilities Deliver consistent cleaning services according to assigned schedules Maintain digital time-tracking through Bourne’s approved system Submit photos and client checklist verifications as required Maintain active liability insurance and valid business registration Abide by NET 30 invoicing terms and performance holdback policy (first 3 months) Requirements Registered cleaning business (LLC, Corp, etc.) General Liability Insurance (proof required) Reliable transportation for assigned job sites 1+ years commercial cleaning experience preferred Commitment to maintaining standards for time management, professionalism, and reliability Ready to grow your cleaning business with us?
