We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and to maintain cleanliness in designated areas. ( Pool Areas) Carry out commercial cleaning duties in accordance with safety standards and protocols. Maintain facilities by performing minor repairs and custodial tasks to ensure operational functionality. Act as a porter by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. ( pool areas) Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to ensure a clean and safe environment. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
