Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18years of age or older
• No experience required and on the jobtraining provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degreerequired

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean andmaintain buildings/facilities
• Follows procedures for the use ofchemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage tofloors and fixtures
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minoror major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and workingrelationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators,supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security,compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by theCompany, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Clean and dustfurniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, andequipment
• Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipmentto clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks
• Cleaninterior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrorsusing soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Washand replace blinds
• Gather and empty trash
• Sweep walks, rakeleaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonaltasks
• Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in foodareas
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms A good job for someonejust entering the workforce or returning to the workforce withlimited experience and education.
