The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning practices. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established protocols for custodial tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines effectively. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
