The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct thorough custodial duties in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness of exterior spaces through porter services. Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing as needed. Carry out commercial cleaning duties to uphold high standards of hygiene. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Skills Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Strong knowledge of custodial practices and floor care methods. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
