High-Grade Cleaning Service, Inc. is looking for a reliable, experienced Post-Construction Cleaning Lead to supervise on-site cleaning crews and ensure our high standards are met on every job. If you’re organized, dependable, and ready to lead, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate cleaning teams on post-construction sites Assign tasks and monitor progress Ensure safety compliance and quality control Train new crew members and support team success Communicate with site supervisors and resolve on-site issues
What You Bring:
1-2 years of post-construction or commercial cleaning experience Previous team lead or supervisory experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours

Floor care experience (waxing, stripping, buffing) Carpet cleaning Window washing Power washing Bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) OSHA certification
