Cleaning Technician Jeannie’s Housekeeping New Bern, NC Position Summary:
We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaner who takes pride in their work and can perform consistently without constant supervision. The ideal candidate is flexible, takes constructive feedback well, and is motivated to earn based on performance and trustworthiness. Responsibilities:
Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, and more. Ensure a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies. Arrive on time, work efficiently, and communicate clearly if issues arise. Follow client-specific instructions and report any property damage or concerns. Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and coworkers. Work solo or in small teams depending on the job.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (driver’s license optional) Reliable transportation Clean criminal background check Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and pride in doing the job right — even when no one is watching Strong work ethic and ability to handle constructive criticism Flexible availability; weekly hours may vary Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and be active for extended periods Smartphone with texting/calling and GPS capabilities

Compensation:
