The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cleaning techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation. This role involves cleaning apartments after tenant move-outs, as well as office spaces, gyms, office buildings, and medical facilities. The position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently execute cleaning tasks and uphold the professional image of the properties we service.
Responsibilities Turnover Apartment Unit Deep Cleaning:
Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartment units to prepare them for new tenants, including but not limited to:
Kitchens :
Clean and sanitize appliances (refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves), cabinets, countertops, sinks, and fixtures.
Bathrooms :
Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and tiles.
Living Areas :
Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including baseboards, light fixtures, doors, and windows.
Floors :
Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and remove stains or debris.
General Cleaning Tasks:
Office Cleaning:
Dust and sanitize desks, tables, chairs, and shared equipment; empty trash; clean windows; and vacuum or mop floors.
Gym Cleaning:
Wipe down equipment, sanitize mats, clean mirrors, empty trash, and disinfect high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
Office Building Maintenance:
Ensure lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and conference rooms are consistently clean and inviting.
Medical Facility Cleaning:
Adhere to strict sanitation protocols, including disinfecting examination rooms, patient areas, restrooms, and waiting rooms to meet health and safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
Replenish supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, in restrooms and other areas. Report maintenance issues, such as damaged fixtures or appliances, to the appropriate team for repair. Follow checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to standard. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inspections. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working order. Experience Proven experience in professional cleaning, particularly in turnover apartment units, office spaces, gyms, office buildings, or medical facilities. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols for different environments. Familiarity with deep-cleaning processes, including removing tough stains, sanitizing surfaces, and odor elimination. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in high-turnover environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Skills and Qualifications Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management. Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly. A proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
