Job Description:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Pressure Washer Technicians. You will be responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning services for residential, commercial, and HOA properties. ⸻

Responsibilities:

✔ Operate commercial pressure washing equipment ✔ Perform cleaning of concrete, siding, decks, driveways, building exteriors, etc. ✔ Apply cleaning solutions safely (training provided) ✔ Set up, break down, and maintain equipment ✔ Interact with clients professionally on job sites ✔ Ensure all safety protocols are followed ✔ Maintain job site cleanliness and report any issues ✔ Upsell additional services when appropriate ⸻

Requirements:

✅ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (preferred) ✅ Experience operating pressure washing equipment (preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates) ✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions ✅ Strong attention to detail ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Excellent work ethic and reliability ✅ Customer service mindset ⸻
