  We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with just a little training. If your resume does not reflect the experience, we won’t know that you actually have experience. Please keep this in mind!

• Overview Pine State Pro Wash is seeking an experienced residential power washing professional, window washign professional, OR professional with extensive ladder experience. To be considered, you MUST have professional experience washing houses, driveways, windows, patios, etc.
• Unfortunately, we are not considering inexperienced washers (people who wash their own house, people who do auto-detailing, etc).

We need an experienced residential power washer. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day tasks working independently or with a team. Detail and clean houses, driveways, patios, windows, gutters, roofs, and more. Perform repairs on faulty equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. We can train you on repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. Deal with customers face-to-face, politely and professionally assessing their needs and desires, and then delivering on that. Handle occasional off-schedule hours for commercial cleaning (occasional out of town work, occasional overnight work, etc). Requirements Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the industry. Able to get to and from work (you’ll drive to shop and then ride out in company trucks). Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional demeanor, appearance, and hygiene.
