Cleaner Cap’s Professional Cleaning Service Uniontown, PA Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance or safety issues. Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
