Job Summary As a Residential Cleaning Team Member, you will perform essential cleaning tasks to ensure high-quality results. The chosen candidate(s) will work in luxury homes cleaning for customers who have high standards and are accustomed to having their homes cleaned by long term, consistent, and reliable cleaners possessing personable and professional qualities. Types of cleaning tasks include:

Trash removal Dusting & surface cleaning Kitchen & bathroom sanitizing Vacuuming & mopping Spot cleaning windows & more as needed Requirements Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites within a defined area Ability to pass background and drug screenings Cleaning experience is a plus but not required Equipment and training provided Growth mindset Good communication skills Get-it-done attitude with strong attention to detail Ability to work well with a team Ability to work independently and address basic challenges Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting moderate weight, standing for extended periods, bending, and kneeling, etc. Desire and capability to grow with the company and attain advancement are a huge plus!
