Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Building Supervisor to manage the cleanliness, maintenance, and janitorial staffing at a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, clean, and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage custodial staff effectively while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily custodial activities with a staff of 5, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Conduct daily inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee the cleaning of restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff. Provide training and support to custodial staff in best practices for commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning techniques. Create and respond to work orders with the facility management. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, Ability to perform physical tasks associated with custodial work, including lifting moderate weights and standing for extended periods. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
