Exterior Cleaning Technician Tristar Exterior Solutions Hendersonville, TN 37075 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that surfaces are cleaned effectively, enhancing the appearance and longevity of various structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors. Assess the condition of surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing obstacles and debris. Apply detergents or cleaning solutions as needed to enhance cleaning effectiveness. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Experience Previous experience in pressure washing or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with various types of pressure washing equipment and techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation purposes.
