West Sample Road, Coral Springs, FL 33065 As a Kitchen Prep Crew Member , you’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling orders with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Orders are displayed on the Point of Sale kitchen display screen , and your job is to ensure each item is prepared according to company standards for quality and presentation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great food with attention to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor incoming orders via the kitchen display system (KDS) Prepare food items quickly and accurately Package and present meals according to company standards Restock ingredients, containers, and supplies throughout the shift Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station Follow food safety protocols and cleanliness checklists Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties as assigned Communicate with cashier/server team to ensure smooth service flow ✅

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) Must be a fast learner and follow preparation instructions accurately Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure Prior fast food or quick-service kitchen experience is preferred but not required Able to stand for long periods and work in a busy kitchen environment Must have reliable transportation Must be available for various shifts , including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Bonus Skills (Not Required): Ability to speak or understand a second language (e.g. Jamaican Patois, Spanish or Haitian Creole) Experience with kitchen display systems (like
