Responsibilities Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking and service. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support cooks by bussing tables and helping with plating dishes as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within the kitchen team.
