We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Food Prep. The ideal candidate is efficient, can work in small spaces, can be a team player, has a positive attitude, and enjoys a job that is welcoming.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of food items, be able to cut items, wrap, and date and other basic kitchen functions while following our recipes and quality standards. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working order. Assisting in food preparation, may including assembling sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, kitchen, and customer seating areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with inventory management, including stocking and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food prep role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods and coffee varieties. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
