Employment Application – Progressive Pool Management – https://progressivepool.com/employment-application/ Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to guest services, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Perform rescues and provide first aid as necessary. Administer CPR and other emergency procedures when required. Conduct regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Assist with guest services, providing information and support to patrons. Participate in training sessions to maintain lifeguard certifications and enhance skills. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe environment. Experience Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding is highly desirable. Strong swimming ability with knowledge of water safety practices. Experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for equipment or maintenance tasks.
