We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool guests while providing exceptional guest services. This role requires a strong swimmer with the ability to respond swiftly in emergency situations and maintain a clean and safe pool environment. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary. Conduct regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure water quality and cleanliness. Assist guests with inquiries, providing excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of pool activities, incidents, and maintenance schedules. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques and safety protocols. Requirements Must possess current Lifeguard certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively. Experience in guest services is preferred to enhance customer interactions. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for pool maintenance tasks. Knowledge of pool cleaning procedures and equipment operation is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
