Cleaning Professional Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

Cleaning Professional Clean Kingdom, LLC Sarasota, FL Looking for a Cleaning Professional, who can provide true quality cleaning! Looking for someone who is trustworthy, and reliable.

Duties:

• Perform Walk-through with the client before and after each cleaning.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be able to drive to and from cleaning appointments
• Must be able to Speak English
• Must be able to transport all cleaning supplies to various appointments.
• Must be available and reliable.
• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping (2+ Years preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
