Our two beautifully furnished guest suites offer members a hotel-quality experience, and we’re looking for a reliable independent contractor to keep them sparkling between stays. Compensation:

Flat rate

• $120 per suite (1-bed or 2-bed) Schedule As-needed; cleanings may be scheduled with as little as 24-48 hours’ notice .

Most turnovers occur outside standard business hours—perfect for a side gig. What You’ll Do Refresh each guest suite to a five-star standard: Strip, launder, and remake beds; replace towels. Restock soaps, shampoos, paper goods, and other amenities. Wash, dry, and put away any dishes (including loading/unloading dishwasher). Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all living areas, kitchenettes, and bathrooms. Perform a detailed final inspection to ensure everything meets community standards. Communicate promptly with staff about completion, supply needs, or maintenance issues. What We’re Looking For Flexibility & Reliability

Experience in vacation-rental, hotel housekeeping, or high-end residential cleaning preferred. Requirements Active General Liability Insurance (certificate required). Completion of W-9 and contractor onboarding documentation. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods. Personal transportation and cleaning /equipment suited to high-end interiors. Cleaners are available on site. Why This Role?
