The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial cleaning, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of quality and hygiene. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain freshness and cleanliness. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning instructions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
