DESCRIPTION POSITION
Housekeeping Support Associate
OVERVIEW
The Housekeeping Support Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of hotel operations. This position provides support to both the Housekeeping and Front Office departments by fulfilling guest requests, delivering supplies, and managing linen transportation.

Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to: Replenish linen closets and restock guestroom supplies for Room Attendants; assist with receiving and transporting heavy vendor deliveries. Respond promptly and professionally to guest housekeeping requests, ensuring a courteous and helpful approach at all times. Move and arrange furniture as needed; assist with room setups for Sales tours and special occasions. Collect and transport soiled linens to the laundry facility. Assist with departmental initiatives such as mattress rotations, duvet replacements, deep cleaning tasks, and quarterly inspections. Clean guest rooms and public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, lounges, elevators, stairwells, and locker rooms. This may involve sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors. Wash and maintain cleanliness of walls, ceilings, windows, woodwork, door panels, and sills; report any emergencies, maintenance needs, or safety hazards promptly. Empty trash receptacles and ashtrays; clear debris from entrances, driveways, and parking areas; ensure proper waste disposal. Deliver guest items such as rollaway beds, cribs, ironing boards, and televisions upon request. Handle guest inquiries and service needs with a professional, solution-oriented attitude. Provide additional support as needed in roles such as Lobby Attendant, Turndown Attendant, or Laundry Attendant. Follow all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE and adherence to OSHA regulations and hotel safety procedures. Immediately turn in any lost guest items to management for accurate documentation in Lost & Found. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; report to work in full uniform with name tag; remain knowledgeable about hotel amenities to assist guests when needed.
