Job Description
A high-net-worth family in Southampton is seeking a meticulous and experienced full-time Housekeeper to join their long-term team. This role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and prior experience working in sophisticated, formal homes.
Responsibilities include:
Detailed cleaning with white glove standards, including bathrooms and fine surfaces Daily laundry and wardrobe care Polishing brass twice daily Grocery shopping and household supply restocking Setting and clearing meals (meals are prepared buffet-style by a chef) Seasonal floral arrangements and decor upkeep Occasional support with serving and household events The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and discreet, with experience maintaining the high standards expected in UHNW residences.
Schedule:
April-October:
40 hours/week; must be available to work weekends and holidays, with a rotating Sunday off
November-March:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00
PM Compensation:
$100,000/year + bonus, healthcare, 2 weeks PTO + 2 additional weeks off between Christmas and New Year
