Our housekeepers are responsible for cleaning Residents’ rooms and community common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, disinfecting, etc. Discards waste into proper containers, replaces light bulbs and assists with any general hospitality duties necessary. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform all duties and responsibilities with a positive attitude and demonstrates impeccable ethics and integrity. Cleans community floors including vacuuming, sweeping, damp and or wet mopping, stripping wax, disinfecting, etc. Cleans carpets and upholstery including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, disinfecting, etc., as needed. Cleans and or polishes furniture, fixtures, ledges, heating and cooling units in residents’ rooms, common areas and offices. Cleans, washes, polishes and sanitizes Resident and common area bathrooms. Cleans windows and mirrors in Resident rooms and common areas. Hospitality Associate Cleans walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting and spot cleaning. Discards waste/trash into proper containers and re-lines trash receptacles Discards waste/trash into residence dumpster. Cleans and properly stores equipment in designated areas after use. Maintains common area furniture in proper positions and replaces light bulbs Maintains infection control standards of practice. Engages with Residents and responds to Residents’ requests. Respects Residents’ rights, privacy and dignity. We are looking for an experienced housekeeper that has a passion for cleaning and organization. We are willing to invest in someone, who has the right attitude and willingness to learn. We provide paid, on-the-job training starting on Day 1. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, able to work independently and as a team, and must be okay with repetition and routine work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires punctuality, dependable transportation to and from work, and reliable attendance. Must pass background check, assessment, and drug test.
