Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and arrange guest rooms according to hotel standards Replenish guest room supplies, such as linens, toiletries, and amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Follow all health and safety regulations Ensure guest privacy and security at all times Provide excellent customer service if interacting with guests
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
