Production Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Operator to join our ice cream manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring product quality and safety throughout the production process. This is a hands-on position in a cold environment, perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor equipment used in the production of gelato and other frozen desserts Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Ensure that products meet quality and consistency standards Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to strict hygiene standards Record production data and report any issues to supervisors Assist with packaging, labeling, and storing finished goods Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance tasks Work efficiently to meet daily production targets Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations

$14.00 – $15.00 per hour
