Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Activities Assistant. The ideal candidate will Assist in coordinating developing, and maintaining quality activity programs providing opportunities for residents to engage in meaningful social and diversified activities. Promotes the company’s quality of life and holistic wellness in all aspects of his/her role to include interactions with resident, family, and staff. Implements the monthly programming calendar with direction from the Activity Director. Plans and prepares for daily resident Activities and events. Lead high quality innovative programs to include a minimum of 3 – 5 self-lead programs daily. Implements programs to promote excellence in programming while maintaining a high level of resident/family/staff satisfaction in a responsible manner. Maintains current knowledge of Senior topics and participates in community training as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License Must be able to communicate with residents in a professional manner. Must be able to perform other duties as instructed.
