Summary:

The Activities Coordinator directs staff and plans engaging, therapeutic recreation services aimed at enhancing the psychosocial, physical, and emotional well-being of our residents.

Community Enrichment Assistants and Volunteers Key Contacts:

Staff, residents, family members, volunteers, and community partners

Essential Responsibilities:

Effectively manage department workflow and staff assignments Coordinate a diverse and engaging calendar of activities Assess residents’ needs and develop meaningful recreational programs Foster professional growth, collaboration, and community spirit Maintain department dependability and operational efficiency Demonstrate commitment to Inspirit’s Mission, Vision, and Values Partner with all staff to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and visitors Weekend MOD (Manager on Duty) Rotation required.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar Activities or Life Enrichment role Positive, energetic attitude Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for serving seniors Computer literacy and ability to work independently

Requirements:
