Front Desk/Reservations Agent East Toho RV Resort & Marina 3705 Big Bass Road, Kissimmee, FL 34744 Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent at East toho RV Resort & Marina , you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year general office experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Understanding of hospitality industry practices and standards
• Proficient in phone etiquette and hospitality management
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook Duties
• Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their Sites efficiently
• Answer phone calls and provide information about our amenities and the property
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Assist with reservations
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced till
